FVWM 1.22d for NeXT

FVWM is a mwm/4Dwm style (X-windows) window manager, with a virtual
desktop.  I've compiled this version on my black NeXT running a 
Mouse-X server.

This version is a little flaky, but I haven't seen any serious bugs (yet).
Hopefully I'll get a chance to track this down soon, but don't count on
it.  If you have any NeXT specific problems, feel free to contact me.

QUICK BUILD

rm configure.h
ln -s configurations/NeXT.h configure.h

Now just follow the instructions in README.install
