This program seems to be written by J. H. Satter. It converts various PostScript-formats to
EPS for use with LaTeX. 

The compilation was done Quad-FAT under NS 3.3. It was (not extensively) tested on black,
white and yellow. The resulting EPS cannot be loaded with Preview, but seem to fit well into
LaTeX-documents.
