The software lets a user maintain a database of lottery numbers.
Features:
		     supports most current lottery formats
                 database management
                 analysis functions
                 import/export databases (Ascii text files)
                 spinning number wheel

New features & modifications:

- LotterySoftware has been re-compiled using Release 3.3
- Powerful new Range feature : Can now select any combination of 
  dayofweek, month and year. The resulting range will be valid for 
  any of the Analysis functions.
- added a "Reverse Order" Display Option, for most Analysis functions
- added the Worksheet to Preferences (visible at startup)
- I re-worked Preferences to include window size
- modified some of the setup files
- modified the startup "file" initialization
- removed the combined Lottario(639 & 645) as an included database 
  (I personally never used it)
- added the new "Winner Take All" game as a database
- updated Ontario databases
- plus other minor additions and deletions

The following databases from Ontario, Canada are included:
(649,49,645,747,Keno,Pick3,Winner Take All & old 639). 

The program was compiled with Release 3.3 and runs on black hardware only.
I may release for NeXTStep on Intel if I can get it debugged.
Only the compiled binary is provided. Source code is not available.
