OpenStep submissions should go to /pub/openstep/submissions/

Rhapsody/MacOSX/Yellow Box submissions should go to /pub/rhapsody/submissions

This directory is for your submissions. 

Filenames should have the following form: 
 
NameOfPackage.[version].[architecture].[dist].[compression] 

 VERSION 		: the release/version number of the program.  

 ARCHITECTURE[NIHS]	: (for compiled binaries) Designate which 
			   archs this program is compiled for:
			   N = NeXT Hardware
			   I = Intel
			   H = Hewlet Packard
			   S = Sparc

 DISTRIBUTION[bsd]	:  What is included:
			   s =  source
			   b =  compiled binary
			   d =  data

 COMPRESSION		: Compression technique.  Please note that
			  submitting your app in 'gzip' format will 
			  save us the trouble of having to convert 
			  it to 'gzip'

If you have uploaded something, please send a short message to 
next-ftp@peak.org what you have uploaded and where the 
package should go. 

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A README FILE!

- This file should be in ASCII format
- Please include the following information in the README file:
	- your name
	- your email address
	- the date
	- brief description of the file (what it does, etc)

Also, please note the following questions:
	- does this file require root permissions to run/install?
	- is this a freeware/shareware/demo version?

That information and answering those questions will help users of this ftp site, as well as 
the administrators.
