Project Builder Print Extensions

Version 1.0

Similar to the bundle for OmniWeb, this will print headers and footers on each page of output.

Future enhancements:

1)  Make the bundle an Input Manager so every Next App will get it

2)  Create a configuration file similar to SteveŠs Recent bundle that will identify acceptable applications, and the selectors to use to find the document path  eg: in Project Builder the path is "delegate.file", and in OmniWeb it is "superview.superview.superview.address.url"

3)  Add a menu item for printing preferences, and allow the user to edit placement, and date and page number formats.
