Intro:

What is an Annuity? 

It's simply a sum of money payable 
yearly or at other regular intervals.

The cool thing about Annuity is that you can find almost any value that
you need. Another cool feature is if you drag the sliders you will 
notice that the application updates the values automatically as you are 
draging. Giving you a direct feedback on your values.

Installation:

WINNT/95:

1. Unpack the software distribution

	a. open a "Bourne Shell" window located in the Yellow Box menu
	b. change directory to location of distribution, for example, C:\temp
		cd C:\temp (type ls to have a directory listing.)
	c. Uncompress the gunzip distribution:
		gzip Annuity.w.bs.gz
	d. untar the resulting uncompressed file:
		tar xvf Annuity.w.bs.tar
