License Agreement

  1. All licenses are non transferable and may be used ONLY by the licensee.
  1. Once a license has been purchased there will be no refunds given. It is the responsibility of the licensee to try the Slider application in demonstration mode and determining if Slider meets the licensee's needs before purchasing a license.
  1. This is not a license for resale. To resell Slider a specific resale license must be obtained from L dot C Software.
  1. Disclaimer: THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY L DOT C SOFTWARE "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL L DOT C SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
    (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THEY HAVE ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

Distribution Agreement

L dot C Software distributes its software through submissions directly to World Wide Web and FTP sites on the internet and via the L dot C Software web site at http://www.longrie.com.  Permission is hereby granted to re-distribute Slider by any means as long as all files found in the original distribution archive are included and not modified in any way from their original form and contents.
