This is the README for gcc.2.95.3.N.b.tar.gz.

This is a compiled version of GCC 2.95.3 including the following compilers:
   gcc
   g++
   g77
   objc
as well as their support libraries, including libstdc++ 2.10.

This binary distribution is compiled only for NEXTSTEP 3.3 m68k black
hardware.  No cross-compiler is included.  It is compiled to be
installed in /usr/local.  You can untar it from the root directory /.
