XV 3.10 compiled for NEXTSTEP and any X11R6 server; NIHS architectures

XV is a really cool image viewer/converter for the X11 window system.
See the xv-310.README inside the package for license stuff;  this package
is ready to install on any NEXTSTEP/X system.
